| Returns Policy |

| Although very good care is taken with each of our products, in the unlikely event of an item being faulty, we would be pleased to get it back and send you the correct item in our cost if the item has not been washed. A full refund or exchange will be provided, according to your preference. |

| If you decide to return the item(s) for any reason we will gladly refund you the cost minus the shipping fee. A refund must be requested within 5 days after receiving the package. Shipping fee will not be refunded. All items must be returned in original condition without any changes. ( e.g. taking set out of zipper bags, washed, etc.) |

| Please read the care label sewn to your product for laundry instructions, as we cannot accept items for a refund or exchange if they have been damaged during the wash or already washed. |

| To arrange for the return of any faulty unwashed product, please contact our customer service representative at (877) 587 1122, or email us at admin@egyptiancottononline.com.
If you have requested a refund, upon receipt of your returned goods we will provide a full refund as soon as possible, but no later than 5 working days after receiving them into our warehouse.
Please enclose a copy of your receipt or packing slip in order to process your refund or exchange.
